She served the community in primarily commercial real estate sales and management, provided in house appraisal services to various institutions, provided consulting services to various government agencies, implemented turnaround plans for troubled enterprises, provided management services and oversight of office buildings, shopping centers, and commercial businesses.
Marika assisted in disaster recovery plans, obtaining financing, preparing operating statements, general property management services, exchanges, and simple long term growth applications on a department level and overall project level for small and large businesses and real estate ventures.
